How we handle your data

What we collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect the following information: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, preferred filming dates, and a description of the content you'd like to create.

Why we collect it

Your data is collected solely to fulfil the purpose of contacting you and arranging your social media filming session. We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose beyond fulfilling your booking request.

How we store it

Your booking information is stored securely in a private Notion database accessible only to the Westside BID and Inner Loop production teams. Email notifications are sent via Resend to the relevant team members to process your request.

Who has access

Only authorised members of the Westside BID team and Inner Loop production team have access to your booking data. We do not share your information with any third parties.

Data removal

You can request the removal of your data at any time by emailing data@westsidebid.co.uk. We will process your request promptly.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection and operates without tracking cookies.
