Service overview

This booking service is provided by Westside Business Improvement District (Westside BID) in collaboration with Inner Loop, a South Loop Studios brand. It allows eligible Westside BID levy payers to request complimentary social media filming sessions.

Eligibility

This service is available exclusively to current Westside BID levy payers. Westside BID reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline requests from non-levy payers.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking form constitutes a request, not a confirmed booking. All sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by the Westside BID and Inner Loop teams. We typically film on Wednesdays and Thursdays and require at least 2 weeks' notice.

Content usage

Filmed content is provided for your business's social media use. Westside BID and Inner Loop may also use the content for promotional purposes relating to the Westside BID area, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by contacting the team directly.

Data & privacy

Information submitted through the booking form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For data removal requests, email data@westsidebid.co.uk.

Liability

Westside BID and Inner Loop provide this service on a best-efforts basis. We accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of this booking service or the content produced.
